Design AI-assisted presentations with Gamma and Canva AI, using visual storytelling principles
Manage digital projects and tasks using Notion AI, Trello, and collaborative cloud tools
Create a freelance-ready portfolio: an Upwork profile, a prompt library, and a capstone automation project
Apply client communication, gig pricing, proposal writing, and expectation management on freelance platforms
Demonstrate responsible AI use, including data privacy and content safety, in a public-sector context

Project Scope & Problem Statement
Design and build an AI-enhanced, multi-step office workflow that solves a real local problem. It must use at least two AI tools and one automation platform. It is the trainee's main portfolio piece and is presented to a panel in Week 12. Example themes include a Clinic Patient Manager, Tuition Centre Tracker, Small Shop Inventory + AI, Research Assistant Tool, AI Correspondence Manager, and Scholarship Tracker + Alert.
