Course Introduction

This course introduces the principles and tools of modern graphic design and user experience design. It bridges creativity and functionality, covering layout, branding, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design on industry-standard platforms. Learners design logos, digital ads, and social media content. They then build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma, and learn accessibility (WCAG basics) and usability testing. Cross-cutting modules cover client pitching, freelancing on Fiverr and Upwork, portfolio building on Behance, Dribbble, and LinkedIn, and using AI tools for ideas and copy. The course builds towards a capstone: a complete brand and UI kit with a public portfolio entry. It is structured to strengthen freelancing potential and align with global design certification trends.
